Quality Policy of Stafford Audi

It is the stated aim of Stafford Audi to provide industry leading Service Excellence to our customers and the general public.

We achieve this by operating a comprehensive quality system which strives to meet and surpass the standards of ISO-9001 and is fully implemented across all areas of the dealership.

All members of staff are fully committed to ensuring the quality system effectively achieves the highest levels of customer satisfaction both now and in the future. To this end, we will strive to continually improve upon our services, process and the quality management system itself.

Quality objectives are set, across the whole dealership, and used as a measure of our performance. These objectives are continually reviewed, and amended as necessary to ensure they are appropriate to the business and relevant to our customers.

Quality objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Maximising customer satisfaction by reducing error, repeat work, providing a timely response to customers needs and expectations.
  • Maximising waste reduction and energy efficiency by ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective.
  • Helping staff reach their full potential by providing training, coaching and opportunity.
  • Maintaining business profitability by increasing customer loyalty, repeat custom and market share.
