This is third pair of aids. First pair became faulty, replacement pairs never arrived (due to non-delivery by Evri). Third pair have arrived safely. Won't know if they will last until after May, until we return to UK. Thanks for your support.

This is the second pair I had, the first pair were great but dropped one and trod on it but they were so comfortable accidentally wore them in the shower! Went back to my old NHS pair but nowhere as good hence bought another pair and delighted with them.

I ordered these amplifiers to replace my own one which was lost in the theatre when I was in for an operation, I ordered It on 1st Oct it got lost in transit and by the time I received it on the 18th my own one was found so I haven’t used it but I’m keeping it for a replacement, so far it seems to be working perfect. Eventually got them, due to Evri trashing first ones, these are great. Can hear very well, only thing is my left ear hole is very small so even with the smallest end cap I can’t push it in far, but I can still hear with it. Absolutely great. Thank you.

This set looks high quality the charger unit very smart and neat. One hearing works ok although sits slightly high and visible. The other not so good and doesn’t fit well, rising up. I had my ears syringed beforehand and the audiologist said my ear canals are small. It’s a shame as they are very nice aids otherwise.

Only been wearing them on and off for a couple of weeks but mostly pleased with them. I needed aids for a small ear canal and these work well fit wise and they are quite discrete. Found them easy to initially set up after charging for 12 hours. They do make hearing at work better and I’ve found them just as good as the chunky earring aids I was given on the NHS some time back (and hardly wore). My problem is they start to irritate my ear canal after a while (as did the NHS ones), think I must be sensitive to the latex bit or whatever. However, for the price, they do a good job and better than I was expecting in most respects.

Hello, I bought your hearing aids for my wife who has mild hearing loss but unfortunately we discovered that she has a narrow ear canal and it proved impossible to fit them properly into her ears. I have very expensive hearing aids which I do not wear outside the house for fear of losing one or both, which, of course, limits their usefulness. I tried your hearing aids and they fit me well and work fine, so I have decidd to keep them and use themself when I'm away from home, which suits us both. I don't have the bother of returning them and have a useful second pair and you keep your sale !
